Your User Name and Password are case sensitive. If you have tried several times, request your password be sent to you by selecting the I Forgot My Password Link.

select the link at the bottom right of the main page that says "I Forgot My Password", enter your username, answer the security question and submit button. Your password will be emailed to you.

Yes. They will be able to see your scores once you have completed the Pre-Screener.

Log back into your account and go to the My Haberman Link. Click on the link that says "Finish Evaluation # ......."
